The staff were all very friendly, the facilities were excellent, it was spotlessly clean and we loved staying there over our long weekend. We wanted to stay somewhere a little special and we made a great choice.

The hotel is excellent and spotless as is to be expected. The staff are extremely helpful. We booked with breakfast included and I informed the hotel that my husband is celiac and dairy intolerant. As we walked into the breakfast room, the staff on hand explained everything to him. Everything was labelled, which is refreshing being able to choose with peace of mind. Plenty of options ranging from healthy to indulgent. The room was quite at night. The hotel is literally just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very bright and airy room with a lovely view. Its a shame we only had one night here.

    Location was perfect for us. The room was adequate for a couple of days stay. Although our room faced Shepherds Bush Road and we left our windows open, the noise was minimal and we were able to sleep. One suggestion would be for a couple of hooks in the bathroom.
