The property was amazing, well decorated and the room was amazing. The property was clean and offered excellent food. The evening meal and breakfast was to the very highest standard. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was very good. Everything from toast and cereal to full English. Debbie and Arthur were great hosts. Room was comfortable and had everything you would need.

Knights Court is a seafront hotel, overlooking the Norfolk Coastline and Venetian gardens. The cosy en suite rooms have free Wi-Fi and some have sea views, balconies and patios.

We tried to book in Southwold, but with the heatwave and last minute, there was nothing available. So we ended up here and had a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is very new, easy parking. We couldn’t open the front door, but the manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, spotless, great bathroom, comfortable bed and very quiet, very nice decor throughout. We walked to Lowestoft high street along the coastal path, very nice walk too. We were here only for one night, but very happy with the hotel and location.

We arranged to meet 15 family members for a reunion in the restaurant. The hotel set up a giant table, like a wedding setting for 18 of us in total , it was fabulous. The staff were amazing
