If you're planning a stay in London, stay here, it's amazing. I've stayed in many places around the capital, and I had a better time here than in any other hotel. The owner was very helpful upon checking in and made sure we got there without issue and once we arrived, I was blown away by the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with quality mattress, pillows and sheets, while the room had everything you might need, and then some. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen/ lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as all the kitchen appliances you might need if you prefer to cook for yourself. There are also a couple of washing machines/ dryers for laundry. I found this to be excellent value for money and the next time I'm in London, this is the only place I'll consider staying at. If I could score it higher than 10, I would. Well done to the owners and management who have obviously put a lot of care, effort and love into this place. It's a fairly new venture, offers something a little different, and I love it.

Very large twin room with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and excellent heating to keep the room snug. Just opposite Finsbury Park and easy walk to the underground station. Lots of eating options close by.

Great location, New finish to the property, Really courteous staff, Value for money

Room size , coffee/tea facilities , location bus stops on each side of road for quick transport . There was nothing not to like . Best part is you away from the maddening Tourist rush it’s a normal day to day vibe with locals . We stayed in about 12 different hotels during our month touring UK & Scotland this was the best .
