Location was perfect around the corner from waverly station.. room was more a city center studio loft with attention to detail that went above and beyond. (Cue beer fridge in the shower!) It even had a dishwasher in the little kitchen.. we wanted to move in! The roof terrace bar is world.class, everything is new and very modern.. but of a break from the period places which i sought out for this trip. Very very cool find, have been recommending to all who lill listen !

A wonderful hotel with excellent friendly staff. The location, for us, was perfect! A 20-minute walk to the city center. But if you don’t like walking, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself was great, beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back.

Most of my life decisions were made in this hotel. From choosing what Uni I went to and my husband proposing to me here so it holds a lot of good memories . I even decided to apply for a job whilst taking High tea here! I love the facilities, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The service is impeccable ! Worth every penny ! We will be back for many years to come.

It is an absolute brilliant Hotel. I actually just wanted to stay for one night but I had to stay longer... My room was huge, beautifully designed and as thought through as a hotel room can be (It really had everything from nespresso coffee and fresh milk to nailpolish remover and hairstraightener )... The staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times and the breakfast was great.Highly recommend. One of the best Hotels I have stayed in so far.

    The apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and with great views. We were travelling in a group and there was plenty of space for us all. The extra shower room was very handy, given that there were four of us. The location is great, close to the Royal Mile and the Meadows, so perfect for sightseeing and dinner/drinks in the evenings.

    This was a lovely twin room! It was a lot more spacious than expected and clean and comfy. The location is fantastic - we needed to get to Murrayfield and it was equidistant between the stadium and town. Also close to the Meadows if you fancy a walk.

    Beautifully decorated room. Comfy beds and very clean shower/bath with good water pressure. We liked that this was situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood but was close enough to eateries and attractions (just a stroll across the meadows to the Roysl Mile) Many thoughtful provisions like a list of where to eat/ what to see, and a fridge next to the entrance that was stocked with bottled sparking water.
