The staff also messaged ahead to assure that we were aware of the free shuttle and other options to get there. Novotel is linked to Citygate outlets and super convenient for shopping. Also would be convenient if you were heading out via MTR trains. The bedding was also well cleaned, the room presenting well at a glance. It was very convenient to walk through to Citygate Outlets and to the train station and Ngong Ping 360.
