This is a small boutique hotel with on 36 rooms that packs a big punch! We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were perfect in size, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. There is a bus that goes to the old town for just 2.50 euros and for a return trip after 5pm our fare back to the hotel was free. The hotel is close to a bakery, supermarket etc and just a good place to stay. I would book again.

Nothing to complain. Very comfortable and clean,. The room have big spaces. Very clean. The staff was polite and helpfull for everything. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday. Small hotel , but you feel like home, especially during breakfast.Compliments to all the staff who were ready to help you every moment.

Stylish hotel with smallish but great swimming pools, lots of sun-bed with umbrella options, lots of restaurants options as the other hotels are side by side. We had the Panoramic sea views which were exceptional and worth the extra money.

Exceptionally beautiful location, right next to the sea! Our rooms overlooked the Adriatic....and that was just terrific. The rooms were big. The hotel was very modern, and very clean. The gym was small, but well kept. The breakfast was terrific! The location also was perfect, just 1.6 kms from Lapad. Overall it was a terrific experience we had!

Easily the best view in town. Million dollar view from the balcony, plus excellent facilities, including capsule coffee machine, full kitchenware, laundry, great shower, local wine, everything. The host is super helpful, even sent youtube video for navigation before arrival. Plus, it is only few minute walking distance to the Ploce gate and cable car station. The closest grocery is 1minute away.

Location is very central! Is between to Ploce Gate and Cable car station. Pile gate is also close by. Lots of food options with restaurants within 2 mins walk. And they open till late. Apt is well equipped and the host is superb. She communicated early with instructions on how to reach the apt. The small touches like chocolates, oranges and drinks in the fridge were greatly appreciated. We will also given late check out as there were no other guests checking in that day.

Jelen was a perfect host who brought us fresh coffee and juice every morning. We took this while enjoying the viewing of the island of Lokrum and part of the Old Town and walls. The studio was cleaned regularly and was ideal for us with a large comfy bed, nice bathroom with a powerful shower and kitchenette For Dubrovnik there were few steps up from the old town Ploce Gate a little over 5 mins away

Our first night was 10/10. A large apartment with a beautiful view of the harbour, St John's Fort and the town walls from the attic windows. Immaculately clean. A friendly housekeeper. The only steps were the 52 within the building to get to the top storey. Right near Ploĉe Gate, just outside the Old Town. A bakery and supermarket were close by. Perfect location.

Two large bedrooms and a large, new looking bathroom. Washer worked really well. Location was perfect in the old town but an easy walk from Ploce Gate where taxis/uber leave you. Host was excellent with communication and always available when needed. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Steps away from everything you want to see in Dubrovnik and many great restaurants and steps from a small local market and supermarket. The apartment was very easy to walk to from the taxi drop off at Ploče Gate and because of it’s excellent location we were able to go back to the apartment and rest throughout the day if we wanted to. We didn’t use the kitchen in the apartment but it had the amenities needed for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We also loved the view from the room.

What a gorgeous, modern and comfortable property. We throughly enjoyed our stay! The views over old town were perfect. It had everything we needed. It took us about 15 mins to walk to Ploce Gate at Old Town which wasn’t too bad.

The location just outside the Ploce gate was ideal. Having a good restaurant, the Konoba Maestro, nearby was a bonus. My friend who stayed in a nearby apartment and I travelled to our final destination, Cavtat, by ferry, so the short walk to the old port was appreciated. The apartment was new and stylish, and well equipped. It was quiet despite being directly on a main road.
