It’s a pleasure to write this review cause we are already not the first time here and guess what? It became even better and all our small comments from last time got improved! So thumbs up for the management to be that attentive to guests needs and open mindedness to change old approach. To summarize it all: 1. Spotless 2. Maintained and taken care off on a very high level. 3. Every single employee is kind, smiling, professional on his/her place and ready to assist. 4. Food became even better and everybody in the restaurant is doing just a remarkable job.

Amazing new place, with everything you can think of to keep you and your kids busy and happy on your holiday. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very nice - big Spa area, which didn’t get overcrowded even on a rainy day. Received a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate for my birthday - which was a very nice gesture 🙏

This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

My stay at Abbázia Club Hotel Kék was truly unforgettable! The staff's warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly nice and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. One of the things that stood out to me was the hotel's cleanliness and their welcoming attitude towards pets. As a dog owner, I appreciated that the hotel was not only clean but also dog-friendly. The proximity of the hotel to Balaton Lake was a major highlight. Being so close to this stunning natural attraction allowed me to easily explore the area and take in the beauty of the lake. The picturesque surroundings added a touch of tranquility and serenity to my stay. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find a space that was both nice and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and provided a cozy retreat where I could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The comfort of the accommodations truly enhanced my overall experience. I was also impressed by how well-equipped the hotel was. From the amenities in the room to the facilities on the property, everything was designed to cater to guests' needs and ensure a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness put into providing a comfortable experience did not go unnoticed. Moreover, the charming city of Keszthely added another layer of enjoyment to my visit. Exploring the city and taking in its beauty and cultural attractions was a delightful experience that complemented my stay at the hotel perfectly. In conclusion, this Hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect.
