The location is great, very close to Punta Sabbioni, where you can catch a ferry to nearby islands (Burano etc) and Venice is also only 35min ferry ride away. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean with AC. The staff was also very nice, especially Rita - she was so kind, you dont find a receptionist so genuinly kind many times. We liked eating breakfast on the terrace. Will come back again!

The friendliest staff, also it was situated right om the waters edge. Also the free activities included was amazing! The manager made our stay that much more special with a room upgrade. Thank you Michele, we loved it!

Great location! Hotel room was clean and tidy! Staff - amazing! Beach is 5 min away, lots of restaurants 15 min walk as well as ferry! We were so happy that we chose to stay on Lido, because in the evening we came back and you can relax a bit, because it is not so crowded as main Venice island.

Beautiful hotel, lovely decor, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with wide choice of food. Perfect location, bus stop across the street. Highly recommend!

A villa of the 1930s, the Russo Palace has its private dock in Lido, and offers beautiful views of Venice across the lagoon. The hotel is also right by the water-bus stop for Saint Mark's Square.

The hotel is at a quiet corner of an otherwise lively neighbourhood but it’s it is a bit far lido SME by walking. The cleaning and maintenance staff did an impeccable job housekeeping and cafeteria with a standard that rival 5 Star hotels. I m very impressed with their professionalism and diligence.
