The hotel is in a beautiful district near the city center. There are good connections with the Milano Centrale, Duomo, other tourist attractions. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The bath was big enough with toiletries and hair dryer. The first room has a small fridge, but the second one hasn't.There is a water machine and a coffee maker in the lobby. I appreciated the personnel who were very helpful and welcoming. The wifi works properly.

The online check in and codes to enter rooms are quite common now, but it crafts a different experience: there is no breakfast option, but instead you have the snack and minibar for free and re-filled everyday, you have also the working corner in the lobby where you can enjoy a free drink, coffee, and snacks 24/7. The room is simply, comfy, and equipped with better facilities compared to the usual offering in the price range: a fancy Dyson dryer, a Nespresso machine, a radio and music player. As a night owl who prefers a cozy night to a morning breakfast this was a heaven.

EVERYTHING. impeccable service, concierge was incredible, beautiful breakfast, great location next to shops, secure parking right down the street. would come back and stay again happily. the courtyard in the lobby was so charming. i didnt want to leave!
