Great location, in the center of the old town, but at the calm and quiet street. Very nice hotel - you can feel the atmosphere of old italian city. Nice and clean rooms. Really great breakfast! But the priceless is staff - they make you feel very good and taken care of :)

The location was perfect, quiet, and close to the city walls, restaurants, and sights. Breakfast was very good, and we had a wide variety of sweet and savory food. The hotel offers a complimentary aperitivo, which was terrific after a long day's travel. We arrived by train, but the hotel has a parking lot and electric vehicle charging stations. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Lucca.

This is a hidden gem. The room was spacious and beautiful. We loved the bathroom. The little «garden» outside for our breakfast or a big Aperol spritz before dinner. The service was the best ever. We will be back for sure …
