We were very pleased. I can’t remember her name but the lady at the reception was very kind. The rooms were very nice. The view and garden were incredible.

Really nice property with a huge, beautifully decorated room. Great views. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Tasty breakfast and clean rooms. Close to a bus stop.

We appreciated that this beautiful former Tuscan monastery was convenient to Sienna, but was peaceful and quiet and surrounded by beautiful open space. We enjoyed roaming the grounds with its numerous outdoor seating, walking and lounging areas, as well as the outdoor saltwater pool and attached lounge area. The interior spaces are elegant but comfortable and inviting. We were upgraded to a junior suite which we jokingly referred to as the "Cinderella suite" as we had to climb approx. 65 steps to get to our rooms, but we couldn't complain as it was comfortable and had everything we needed (excluding large windows as it seemed as if the suite was originally attic space), with a sitting room, walk in closet, and large sleeping room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of both hot and cold, savory and sweet items, with fresh coffee and tea made to order, and seating options provided both indoors and outdoors. The numerous staff were helpful, friendly and polite, and were quick to check to see if we needed anything. We were even provided a tour of the attached church by the caretaker :) with translation provided by one of the wonderful ladies that work at the front desk. What an amazing adventure!

Everything was PERFECT. This is a true 5 star luxury hotel, not a 4 star. I have never seen a hotel exceed expectations in every way. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED STAYING HERE!!!

Clean. Very central. Personnel is very kind, helpful and responsive. We got great recommendations. The ambience is great. The free snacks and water were great.
