The hospitality upon arrival was very warm and charming. Wine was offered and we could wait in comfy sofas while they were registering us. An umbrella was offered in case of rain. A very high customer service like we do not see that anymore very often. Greetings from Belgium

The staff at Vico Milano are amazing. Always there to great you with a smile and ask if there is anything they can help you with. Luciano was great, and fun to talk with, always pleasant and full of helpful information, a true champion of Milano. Melissa was great when serving breakfast. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have thoughtful amenities including motorized black out shades. The beds were really really comfortable. Often when going into our rooms after a few minutes you would forget you're in the middle of a bustling city. The location is great, just far enough away from the big tourist areas, but an easy walk or quick tram ride. The next time we are in Milano, this is where we will stay.

    Disappointing that they were preparing for a concert so the pitch was covered and we couldn't access the area or player seats. Compared with other stadium tours this was average although my son seemed to like it.

    For sensitive ears, the roar of the crowd in San Siro is particularly ear breaking. I couldn't stay at the concert I was attending because this sound bubble in the stadium is a huge sweep on ears. Sat outside the building and it was much better. Hard to believe, but this is a very unique loudness.

    Remember to book well in advance online.

    Remember to book well in advance online. Although we were, you could easily buy a ticket at the ticket office for a tour of the museum and stadium. The museum is very poor. Stadium tour better than other places, because you go by yourself where you want and how long you want and the staff is available and you can ask.

    Visited to try to get match tickets but not lucky.

    Visited to try to get match tickets but not lucky. Got some of the atmosphere from the stalls setting up outside before the match. Thought there would be a stadium shop but didn't see one, perhaps it is only open if you do the stadium tour? Has its own metro stop right next door.

    The location is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Bisceglie Metro Station and about 30 minutes to the centre of MILAN. Duomo & Vittorio Galleria. San Siro Stadium is also nearby for football lovers. It is a lovely Studio apartment and has all that is needed for a comfortable stay in Milan. The neighbourhood is great as well. I would gladly stay there whenever I visit Milan again because commuting from there to every part of Milan is so easy.
