Great staff, very helpful. They responded very quickly to all our enquires. Very silent location, yet a 15€ (Sunday night surcharges applied) taxi ride away from the busy center. The room was very well kept and clean, modern and with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

The receptionist on the day of my arrival was extremely helpful. I hurt my knee because I fell on the way to the hotel and she immediately got me some iodine and band-aids. She also offered me tea and something to eat, such great hospitality! Unfortunately, I didn't ask her for her name, because I was in a bit of shock, but thank you so much!!

The room was very clean, same for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. We also got free coffee. The host was very helpful, he even found for us a parking place, with a discount, and came there with his car to help us.
