We really enjoyed our stay at AuRoom. Roxanna and Victorio were incredibly attentive hosts, always smiling and eager to assist us. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and extremely comfortable. The family room was super spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The building itself was very secure and although the streets in Napoli can be noisy, our room was very quiet. One of the best stays we have had on our Europe holiday. Highly recommend!

Hotel was really clean. Room was modern and clean, looked almost new. Air condition was brilliant! And staff was friendly and good customer service, everyone spoke fluent english.

The hotel is new, very clean, and truly exceptional. All the listed facilities were available, and the location is very central—perfect for exploring the area.... close to city Centre and to Train station. Marco, the owner, was extremely helpful right from the moment of booking and throughout our stay. He even checked in with us via messages to ensure everything was going smoothly and to offer assistance if needed. Excellent hospitality and service. Highly recommended!
