    I especially booked a two night stay to visit Villa d'Est...

    I especially booked a two night stay to visit Villa d'Est and pre-booked tickets to the gardens. Very disappointed, as on arrival at the gardens told by the staff no water in the fountains as it rained the night before! My advice, before visiting try and check if the fountains will be working!

    Such a wonderful and magical place the waterfalls are stunning the gardens are lovely places to walk around and the architecture and wall to floor there are sunning interiors a must place to visit if you are in Tivoli or in Rome.

    The apartment location is just perfect, few steps away from Villa D’este and Villa Gregoriana. Claudia was extremely friendly, always answering quickly and left a welcoming gift- olive oil. The terrace is amazing with stunning views and you can relax there in the evenings. Apartment had everything you need and was very clean. We are highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit a hidden gem - Tivoli. We will come back here again! Thanks Claudia for everything!

    The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.

    Wonderful! We had a surprise upgrade to a huge and spotless apartment with wonderful views. The staff were lovely. Breakfast had extras like yogurt, fresh juice and a scrambled egg. Easy walk to Villa d’Este and town. Paid parking outside between 8am and 5pm so remember to run out before 8am and buy a ticket!!
