We were really satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean and worth the money. The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and to Aeon Narita supermarket. There are full facilities such as restaurants and duty-free supermarkets right in the hotel lobby.

There is a free shuttle bus going from and to Narita Airport which makes arriving tot he hotel way more easy. The self check-in and check out are also really simple and fast. The breakfast is also good. I enjoy going there each time I have been there.

very nice and clean place. staffs are very kindly. You can take the shuttle bus from hotel to the airport t2. Also you can take another bus to Narita city. Staffs are very glad to help you to call a taxi to the place you want .the breakfast is richness. Actully there are many tourist group live in the hotel that are little noisy, but they will be have breakfast sepetratly on the 1st floor, and we are on the top floor which have a good view.
