You can easily walk to Kokusai Dori and yet be away from the crowd. Makishi station is just 1 min walk away. Free flow drinks and ice cream was great. The queue for nightly free ramen (8.30pm to 9.30pm) starts early. to avoid crowd, come around 9pm.
