GermanyI booked the Superior Double Room, which was very spacious, had a great bathroom and wonderful views. The curtains can be closed electrically while sitting on the bed. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room had a desk to work on with a view. The hotel has direct access to Makuhari Messe, which was important to us. Great breakfast and friendly staff all around.

I was attending the Star Wars Celebration at Makuhari Messe. The Chiba Port Plaza hotel is in an excellent location for this, taking less than 10 minutes on the train to Kaihimmakuhari station (and the hotel is only 3mins walk from Chibaminato station).
The staff were very polite and helpful, and the hotel very clean.
The shower was fantastic! Good pressure and water volume.

Location is quite convenient. Can take Keisei Express Bus directly from Narita Airport. A few minutes walk to Kaihimmakuhari Station where you can take trains to Chiba or Tokyo.

I only stayed for a short period as I had to go to an event.
But the people were very kind during check in and check out.
The room was quite big!
A monorail station is nearby towards Chiba Minato. From here it is easy to reach Makuhari station!

The hotel is next to Makuhari Messe, takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to/from JR Kaihimmakuhari Station (JR海濱幕張), so it's very convenient for business travellers. There's a small mall in front of train station and there's shuttle to AEON Mall (although I walked to AEON all the time, takes around 15 minutes)

Very good location. Easy to walk to Makuhari Messe, Kaihin-Makuhari station, Aeon shopping mall.
And there have airport bus to hotel or JR station.
It’s super comfortable especially when the suitcases are full.

Staff were helpful, I did not have my card with me to take cash out to pay for the accommodation as I was thinking I will pay it online when I arrived around 8pm but the staff were very helpful when I gave them the option of paying in full in the following day with cash instead of the card. Great location, not far from the Kaihimmakuhari station and other restaurants and shopping malls. There is a bus that leaves every hour for the Narita airport. There are bus services from the Narita airport to the hotel, just pay a 1,000 yen for the trip.
