The hotel has very good service. The staff immediately took over your luggage as soon as you arrived at the door. The reception staff was very kind and guided you through the check-in procedures. Your luggage was delivered when you arrived at the room. The room was very comfortable and there were many restaurants to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is located close to Shinjuku Station and transportation/shopping is very convenient. The service staff is very helpful. I will choose this hotel again!

Good rooms, new and impressive building, great view from rooms (very high floors and view from the city). Also the bar at the 45th floor is expensibe but great.
