Fantastic hotel! My single room was spotless, had a nice view and felt really spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was very convenient along the Yamanote line and the breakfast was delicious and varied. When picking up my luggage on my final day, I had a really nice chat with one of the staff members. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff and the owners were really helpful, they gave us tips on where to eat, which way to take to the station, where to wash our clothes. The cleanliness was top notch. It was great to see a tatami style kitchen area, the Tokyo experience felt really organic. The location is also great, you can go directly from Narita to Nippori station, it is only 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. Also you can go to main Tokyo attractions via Yamanote line which passes through Nippori. We also loved the recommended Higurashi Bakery which is very close to the hotel.

This hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Location was fantastic, especially for access to Kappabashi St for knives and kitchen wares. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely shower and bath, very clean and we had an excellent view of Skytree from our window. Staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful to us a number of times over our 5 night stay. It was great to have a kitchenette to cook some meals as all our other accommodation hasn't had this so we've eaten out a lot. It also had a washing machine/dryer which was excellent to put in a couple of loads over the 5 days rather than wasting time at a laundromat.

    Great location!!! 1 min from mikawashima station, really good restaurants all around, very close to nippori station as well. We slept on futons and had an amazing first experience in japan. There’s an elevator and the staff was very helpful, clean and super big bathroom. Loved it!!

    Everything was wonderful the staff was super helpful and friendly, the room had all the essential comforts, the hotel was included with a laundry area and smoking area, top location, very close to the Nishi-Nippori station and with many restaurants and minimarkets around, little gem my room was huge, if I have the chance I count on going back

    Like most hotels in this price range the room wasn't very big but I am used to that with hotels in Tokio. The staff was very kind and helpful and we got a lot of amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable (disposable shavers, hairbrushes, toothbrushes) in addition to services like laundry machines etc. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and the hotel is easily accessible from Nippori Station (with the Keisei Skyliner it takes about 45 minutes to Narita airport).
