We booked the family suite and a superior queen room which were both incredible! The rooms are very spacious and have everything. The family suite had a projector which was super fun for us anf allowed us to have mini movie nights after our long days of exploring takayama.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in in Japan, this one is by far the best. The room is very clean and fragrant, and has complete amenities in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It even has a washing machine that is easy to use. I also love the balcony - it has a great view of the train station. The staff are really nice. They communicate and respond well to questions. They even offered me extra bottled water when I requested for more. One of them also helped me with my luggage delivery even though he was on his break. The hotel is in a perfect location, just beside the bus/train station. There’s a FamilyMart nearby and everything is a short walking distance away. I really got my money’s worth. I would definitely stay here again! I had a lovely time.

The hotel is wonderful, the lounge includes a buffet and very cozy spaces to read and relax. There is the possibility to book a private onsen (for an extra fee). The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped and in full japanese style. We highly recommend staying here. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful and kind!
