This is a wonderful little gem, very relaxing atmosphere, with the most polite and friendly staff (who can speak English perfectly). We loved the japanese style room and the high quality amenities and the overall the cleanliness of the hotel, room and bathroom. Plus they even gave me a birthday gift, I thought this was so very nice of them.

Great location, big rooms, very clean

The location was fantastic. It was close to a lot facilities (malls, shops, restaurants, convenience stores) and easy access to the metro. A lot of tourist attractions are also within walking distance.

The hotel was excellent! Great variety of food at breakfast (both Japanese/ Asian and Western types of food) and numerous delicious options for people with a different dietary regime. Plus several restaurants located in the hotel, where one could also have lunch, dinner and even in-room dinning. The rooms were quite spacious for Japan, especially to unpack and store our big luggages. Really comfortable beds and pillows, and sufficient amenities in the room/ bathroom. The staff was very friendly, responsive and attentive towards guests (both over phone and face-to-face) and almost everyone spoke English (which is not that common in hotels in Japan). We really appreciated our rooms being available before the check-in hour, as we had just arrived from a very long journey from Europe. Also, the location is good as well. Close to Dotonbori and several public transport stations. Overall, our stay in Osaka was amazing thanks to everyone at Centara Grand Hotel. Best hotel that we stayed at in Japan! Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Osaka a second time.

I loved everything about this hotel from the aesthetic of the hotel to the staff and breakfast averything was amazing. Everything feels so new and modern, you have a phone where you can have acess to a lot of information, like the available washing machines. The breakfast is also very variable with lots of things to choose from
