Everything is just like it's shown in the pictures. Wi-fi is okay, we didn't have any problem with it. The apartment is quite near a 7-11, there's also a supermarket open 24/7 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Takadanobaba station near, we used the Yamanote line a lot - it connects well with other stations and lines.
