I love the smell of the hotel and the corridors 😊 The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and you could get snacks and drinks at the restaurant after coming home from a day out in Osaka. Breakfast was just breads and pastries but they were really good! Location was also perfect, mrt right outside and lots of resto options. Hotel is also located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

1) Unbeatable location - it is literally in between the Universal City station and the entrance to the Universal Studios Japan. Universal City itself has many restaurants (Western and Japanese) but most closes by 9 or 10pm. There is no room service unfortunately so you must make sure to get food before the shops close! 2) Room - for Japan standard, we think the room size is huge! The toilet, like everywhere else in Japan, is electronic (heated seats!) and spotlessly clean. Very impressed. 3) Luggage storage - we had to go down one level to store our luggage before we can check in. It’s a self storage facility with personal lock mechanism and it’s easy to use. We only checked-in at 9pm after we are done with USJ.
