Riverside Arashiyma was a pleasure to stay at. The rooms are big and spacious, enough for all four of us. The location was perfect right next to the train station and just a short walk to the park, and river that had the most beautifu collection off Cherry Blossoms we had seen. Wish we had stayed a few more days.

Excellent location. Views are amazing. I loved the walk to the Bamboo grove and Tenryu ji temple. Garden views in Tenryu-ji Temple was amazing.

    It's a bridge.

    It's a bridge. But, if you're lucky, you might snap a photo of a white heron (the nickname of Himeji Castle) there. You should also ride do a rickshaw tour. It's pricey, but it's a human pulling your fat arse around ... it's totally worth every cent!
