Nice hotel, room was spacious by Tokyo standards, a very comfortable bed, and with an excellent shower. Staff were always helpful, and the breakfast was even better than I expected. Access to Ueno station on foot was quick and it took us 10 minutes to walk to the Skytrain (direct to Narita airport) which avoided us having to tackle Tokyo subway with luggage at peak time. The hotel was very quiet, but just around the corner was a street market and plenty of restaurants / shops.

Our apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized for Tokyo. The kitchen area has a double induction hotplate unit , a microwave and an oven/grill. There was a washing machine with supplied (and replaced) detergent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Asakusa is a quiet part of Tokyo. Twenty minutes walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park and Zoo (pandas!). About the same distance to the underground. We also walked to the Skytree. I would recommend this apartment hotel and would happily stay there again.

Fantastic breakfast in a stylish restaurant on the ground floor — we also had dinner there and really enjoyed both the food and the service. The friendly ladies at the front desk helped us book a dinner reservation and gave great tips on places to visit. Rooms are small but super stylish, incredibly clean, and we loved the tea selection in the room. Location is also very convenient.

    Location is great. Straight across from Ueno Park and only a short walk to subway stations or the main Ueno Station. The room was spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds and couch along the window. The hotel provided a baby bed which was a fantastic addition. The small kitchenette was great to have in the room too.

    Location near Ueno station was great, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The amenities inside the hotel were great although I wish we had been told about the Onsen as we only discovered this as we were leaving

    I am really happy I chose this place for my stay in Tokyo. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The vicinity to Ueno station is a big advantage of this place (less than 10 minutes on foot), from which you have direct connection to most of the iconic places in Tokyo. Asakusa is also nearby, which you can reach and explore on foot as well. Additonally, I liked the local vibe of the neighbourhood. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.
