The hotel is very nice and the staff are all helpful. A special thank you to the hotel staff who covers the night shift on 3 Oct. It was raining quite heavily that night and my friend and I waited in rain outside of Seoul station for almost 3 hours in midnight but could not get a taxi. I called the hotel 7 times for help and the staff was really responsive although he didn’t manage to get us a taxi either. I think I was quite rude for my last one or two calls but he was really comforting and considerate and he went down to the outside of the hotel to pick us up when we finally arrived. It might be hard to get a taxi in Seoul but it’s easy to get help from the hotel.

Excellent view and amazing breakfast... I will visit again this hotel as my favorite hotel for my next trip in Seoul. I love outdoor swimming pool and its view! felt like I'm in cloud:)

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room temperature was perfect, not too warm not too cold. After a long international trip it was the perfect place to recharge and recover energies. Also the location next to a big department store is very useful.

    We stayed in a room with one single bed and one double bed on the 8th floor (the highest floor). What I enjoyed the most was the huge window with a great view of the large intersection near Gongdeok Station. The bed, pillows, duvet, and sheets were comfortable and felt much newer and cleaner than those in the room we stayed in on the lower floor. The location is excellent, and you can take a direct coach from Incheon airport to the hotel.
