Great place! Perfect location, new property, well maintained, close to a metro station and restaurant street is just around the corner. Rooftop pool is amazing which is heated and has a sauna too.

The best ocean view hotel in Haeundae beach area. The room was spacious and clean and all staffs were very nice and helpful. Fine breakfast with nice ocean view. I would definitely visit again next time.

The room was great, even in the basic configuration. There was a large closet, a small table with two chairs, the bed was extremely comfortable with down pillows and egyptian cotton bedsheets. The air conditioner worked well and the air was super fresh (I didn't have any allergy issues while sleeping with the air conditioner on). There was a large balcony with a nice view (colorful lights at night on the Mipo port side, but the beach side is probably even better). The counter had a coffee machine with capsules, and there were crystal glasses of different sizes in case you needed them. The curtains were automatic and made the bedroom 100% dark (good for sleeping), and there was no noise whatsoever. The bathroom was spacious and had nice amenities (the soap and shampoo smelled like perfume). I only had breakfast a few times because it was not included in the stay, but it was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The items were prepared in small quantities and constantly replenished, so everything was super fresh (perfect croissant and eggs, crunchy bacon), and there were also other cuisines available (the fried rice with minced beef was the best I've ever had). There was no freshly-pressed juice, but the fruit selection was good. The service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and efficient.The cleaning lady was very friendly and would come at 6pm to check if I needed more water bottles. The lounge staff helped me with printing a train ticket, and the reception staff was patient in explaining how the tax refund works.

This location is absolutely perfect for those looking for a quiet stay with great amenities all around. My friend and I really enjoyed the restaurants in the area, the spacious room, comfy bed and lovely, helpful staff. It's a 30 minute walk from the beach, with a stunning view all around. I highly recommend paying that little bit extra for a sea view :)

    Beautiful at night being lit up with changing colours.

    Beautiful at night being lit up with changing colours. I also love its painted white colour during the day. At night small boats go out under the bridge and set off fireworks. It’s a lovely spot however the road is right along the beach, so it’s busy and loud will lots of car horns used.

    I am so grateful to Hotel 1 for helping me recover my lost ring and sending it back to Taiwan 🙏 The room was clean and comfortable, the environment tidy, and the view of the sea and Gwangan Bridge was just amazing ✨ There are plenty of shops nearby, making everything very convenient. The hotel team was so kind, patient, and attentive, which made me feel very reassured during my stay. I truly recommend staying here!
