Bof (as we say in French). Walked all the way up (step, step, step, ..) to reach a crowded small place with tons of dusty keylocks. If you are tall enough or if you have long arm, you may manage to take a proper photo of the view. Next time, I'll book to get on the tower. On the way up , there is a Michelin stared restaurant. The location was perfect, also close to N Seoul Tower, which felt like a dream. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, though you can tell its been used, which wasnt a problem for us.
