The staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. The property was beautiful, modern and spotless. The room was large and extremely clean. The location was so convenient, next to several train lines making it easy to get to all the sights in Seoul. Also very easy to travel to the hotel from the airport using the AREX train and metro. On our flight out of Seoul, we opted for the hotel to arrange for a hotel van with child seat, very easy! I would gladly stay here again!

The front desk staff speaks fluent English so it was very easy to communicate our needs and questions. The staff was also very friendly in general. The room has a variety of convenient designs, such as, storage space and functional surfaces, but does not feel crowded. I like the closet space. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The gym is amazing with gyrokinesis and Pilates machines along with new technogym facilities!

    The location was amazing. Very close to the subway, bus, KTX, and Arex station. It was a 4 minute walk to the Arex at Seoul station and to Lotte Mart (grocery store that was open until midnight). The apartment was relatively spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer unit was convenient for longer stays. Check-in was easy. The owner sent us clear instructions prior to check in and check out and was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

    A wonderful apartment! Amazing views of the city day or night. Clean and well appointed. Tiffany was very responsive and gave us GREAT local restaurant recommendations. If you are going to be traveling through Seoul Station (like we were for the Airport Express) this is the PERFECT location

    The hotel is easily accessible from Seoul Station. There are corridors that go directly from the platform to the hotel (it takes 5-10 mins to walk). It makes a perfect hotel to stay close to the station. The room wasn't big but it worked for me. The hotel was fully booked but it was still quiet.

    Very close to Seoul Station exit 10, however, if you have big / heavy luggages, it's quite useless as there's plenty of stairs. I took a taxi from exit 15 to the hotel and it cost me around 3€, cheap and convenient. No desk nor chair as advertised but I didn't need them so I don't care. Free bottles of water in the room!

    The host was very kind to us. When we arrived at Seoul Station, she arranged a van for me and my family to get to the accommodation and greeted us warmly. She speaks English well, which is very helpful for foreigners, and she gave us great advice for our stay. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much! I will definitely stay at Pachira House again when I come back to Seoul! ☺️☺️

    The apartment was very clean.. The host responded very quickly to any messages. The location was very good, very close to Seoul station, about a 7-minute walk.. I left something in the apartment and it was very easy to contact the host and get back the item. Our stay was only one night, but it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
