A family run business who was so kind and nice. A big, healthy breakfast.
A large double room with a big private balcony. Really comfortable bed.
Would highly recommend for people who don't want to be in the madness and loudness of Ella.
The owner arranged everything for us. He even recommended a lovely restaurant and dropped us to the door.

QatarAmazing host , room and location! Host was very nice, he prepared for us a great breakfast. We were so full we didn't feel the need to have lunch after. The room is very clean and has a lot of charm . The bathroom is spacious and clean. We slept really well since the location is very peaceful but still on a walking distance to all best nightlife. AC and insect repellent were a great plus. Best value for many ! Exceeded our expectation and we will definitely come back again!

DenmarkWhen we give it a 10 out of 10, it is not because it is a luxury accomodation, but because it is value for money. Big cozy rooms, clean upon arrival, nice breakfast. Something different every day. Each day fresh juice. They even catered to 2 of us being glutenfree.
Settled in the most amazing nature with views of the waterfall. The best location was top room to the right. Only a 10-12 minute walk to town as many others have described.
Very nice family even though Senu is the only one who speaks good english.
We can definately recommend this amazing homestay.

It’s an easy hike.
It’s an easy hike. Starts of with a shallow incline that should last 25 mins. Signs are clear. No guide needed. The next 20mins are stairs that start to the left of the rock climbing area and the zip line station and go all the way to the view point and are at appreciable incline suitable for older people too with above average to good fitness levels. At the top ,3 peaks are accessible by a walk if you feel like it. Good views! Worth the hike. And it’s free. Carry cash if you want buy cold water or coconut water on the way. Coconut water cost us ₹150 and the people selling these are super friendly and up for a chat.

Beautiful views.
Wear sensible shoes and clothes! Saw so many instagrammers going up in revealing (disrespectful) outfits and sandals. While a lot of it is steps some is rough uneven wet rock and mud. And at the top there are some very steep parts to get to other viewpoints.

The hotel is exactly as pictured with panoramic views spanning between little Adam’s peak and Ella rock, a really beautiful spot. The rooms are laid out with a full glass wall to enable you to fully appreciate the view. Hotel was very clean, staff were working around the clock to keep it that way- which I am sure is challenging given the rain and the dirt road leading up to the property. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service, food and drinks were perfect! And the room + view were unreal. We took a short hotel guided walk to the top of little Adam’s peak for sunrise one morning, and it’s also only a 30 min walk to 9 arch bridge. Tuk’s were easy to get for transport. And the hotel helped arrange a van to take us onwards.
Loved the touch of the sweet treat each day! All in all, a great experience :)

We got a free room upgrade with a stunning Ella Rock view. The location is perfect walking distance to Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak. Buffet breakfast was tasty, staff were polite, and the hotel itself is very photogenic, with lots of flower plants that perfectly match its name

We had a wonderful stay at Adam’s Apple. The location is close enough to Ella centre and easy accessible. The owner offers a tuk tuk service and will take you anywhere in and around Ella. The view on Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak is amazing and the breakfast is delicious, one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The owner and his friend who’s working there were really amazing and will help you with recommendations for must see’s and do’s in Ella. Perfect stay for a few nights in Ella!

Stunning hotel overlooking Ella rock and little Adam’s peak. Amazingly clean rooms and very kind staff who were definitely the highlight of staying here. Lovely breakfast as well.

The room and the balcony both were spacious and very clean. Even though the room was close to the main road it had an isolated atmosphere and a great view. The room is very close to the Little Adam’s peak and Nine Arches Brige and a 15-minute walk to the center and the way to the center is walkable. The Sri Lankan breakfast Kamal served was one of the bests I had in Sri lanka. I highly recommend this accomodation!

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a truly spacious room with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape, overlooking the famous Nine Arches Bridge. The location was fantastic, as it was also close to the Little Adam’s Peak landmark. It made for a very scenic and memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A beautiful family run hotel, built in to the hillside just outside the Main Street of Ella. The accommodation was peaceful and surrounded by nature, with incredible views from the balcony.
The family who run the hostel are very friendly and hospitable.
Short journey from Ella Main Street and the surrounding attractions (Little Adam’s Peak, 9 arch bridge).

The room and lawn offer stunning views, with Ella’s Rock on one side and Little Adam’s Peak on the other. Cafe Chill and other restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. Little Adam’s Peak is a 5-minute drive, and the Nine Arch Bridge is 10 minutes by car from the hotel. The staff is courteous, and the view from the room is truly spectacular.
