Everything. I mean, the staff was amazing. The best service of several times that I have been visiting Mexico city's hotels. We had options for eating without leaving the hotel. I would love to recommend this hotel if you want to spend the best time in Mexico city. Actually, I shall come back soon. For sure.

The staff was amazing - they gave us an upgrade. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffer was with multiple options and included in the price. So it's a 5 star hotel by affordable price.

Chapultepec Forest is an excellent place to spend time in Mexico City. Apart from being full of the most wonderful trees and flowers and a lake where you can go boating, it houses excellent museums and galleries and has outdoor art accessible to all and lots of stalls selling handcrafts and food. It also has wonderful facilities for children - playgrounds, carousel etc - and public bathrooms all over the park. The Anthropological Museum is incredible. There's a feast of things to do in Chapultepec.
