Staff super nice, everybody speaks english very well and is always willing to help. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and we also had croissants and coffee on the house whenever we wanted/needed. The bed, bed linen, and pillows were just the most comfortable we have ever experienced (no exaggeration!). The breadth of offerings and the quality of breakfast was also excellent.
