The area was amazing, the staff were very friendly and nice, we had a mishap with our room and the manager was very accommodating, we did have to downsize but he came to apologise and offered us a complimentary breakfast, which he reserved our table for us, and a discount on the room, thank you for the awesome service.

Despite access issues following the cyclone, we made it to the house. Our host arranged an emergency food parcel as everything local was closed. Fantastic service. Couldn't be better.

Parking right outside our unit, very spacious room, large bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bond refund came through promptly. Not our first visit to this hotel and will not be our last. This hotel is easy to find, not far off the motorway.

Very very cute cottage, very comfortable and quiet! We loved being tucked away from it all. Even though everything you need is only 10 mins away, great escape.
