The location is perfect, you can walk to almost everything in Auckland CBD. The room is very tidy and the room service staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend to family stay.

Staff went above and beyond after we accidentally parked our car in a private apartment garage and it got locked in. Absolutely amazing service!

Location was awesome! Day or night the harbour is stunning. The food is exceptional, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms immaculate and house keeping was of a high standard. We felt very well looked after and the staff were friendly with an attitude that nothing was ever too much trouble.

It was centrally located. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a heated pool and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Auckland.

Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland.
