Everything was just perfect. I was a bit confused about why a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel is charging 25k/night and how come it had the highest customer ratings in the entire Islamabad. Well, after my stay, I have my answers. Staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. Mr. Yawar and Mr. Abdul Rehman, from the reception, was courteous and had answers to all my questions. Ms. Hansa from the dining lounge was also super proficient at her job. During every breakfast, she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and she made us feel at home.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Great location. there was no working desk in the room. I asked from the staff to bring one. They were very helpful even at this very special request. Really appreciate that. Special thanks to the chef of the kitchen for feta cheese!

From the moment my wife and I walked into Berkingshire Hotel in F7 Islamabad, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Our two-day stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I felt compelled to personally acknowledge the incredible staff who made our experience so memorable. At the forefront was Madam Uzma, whose leadership and attention to detail were clearly reflected in the hotel’s excellent service. She ensured everything ran smoothly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. A special thanks goes to Saleem, Shazaib, and Arsalan — each of whom went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Whether it was assistance with luggage, prompt room service, or friendly conversations, they truly made us feel at home. Even the guards at the entrance deserve appreciation for their courteous manner and professionalism. Their respectful greetings and discreet security presence added to the sense of safety and welcome. From the beautiful ambiance and clean, well-maintained rooms to the outstanding service at every level, Berkingshire Hotel exceeded our expectations. We left with great memories and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Islamabad. Rooms are superb, high quality materials, wonderfully finished and thought through up to the last detail! I also loved the dipping pool and took a massage at the SPA, which was excellent (I am demanding! 💆🏻‍♀️). The cherry on the cake is the exceptionnal staff that made my day! All smiles!
