We stayed here several years ago and found the hotel excellent in every way. Fantastic location near the railway station, shopping centre with a short walk to the old town. We will be staying again in the coming weeks. Great hotel.

- Location was superb! Its 5 mins to Old town and right across from the largest shopping mall & Krakow Glowny - Room was large & spacious with all amenities. Sheets were fresh & bed was comfortable. - The kiss & ride stop from where all the day trips leave is right outside the hotel - Lovely reception & lobby area with a bar where one can relax with a coffee or cocktail - Staff was very professional & polite - They stored my luggage at the reception from 5 AM to 6 PM while I went for a day trip to Auswitch. - On check in they gave me chocolate & check out they gave me a bagel - both were a cute touch to the overall experience

A lovely hotel with character but all the modern comforts. Very clean, with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of choices. The location is perfect- close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommended!
