The room was spacious and clean. Location couldn´t be better, easy to walk around and very close to good restaurants. Breakfast had a lot variety and very tasty extras included in the price. The hotel has bicycles that can be used free of charge.

Great location. Extremely helpful, polite and professional staff. Very clean and spacious room. Fantastic breakfast buffet with hot food options. One of the days we had a full day tour starting at 6.30am and they provided packed food to go for us as we missed breakfast.

I’m absolutely satisfied with this hotel. I’ll always choose it when I come to Krakow. Very cool staff, delicious breakfasts, I was most pleased with the cleanliness and disinfection of the rooms and common areas. Despite of the constructions and building works nearby, it was quiet. The staff always responded promptly to all my requests. It's very nice outside in the evening. Thanks a lot :)
