It is centrally located, but tucked away in a cozy street. The staff was BEYOND helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had breakfast included, it was great for a continental breakfast. Very very clean!

This hotel was a haven of calm & tranquility in the lovely city of Porto. The hotel and the decor were beautifully finished with everything done to a very high standard. Every detail pleasing to the eye. Our room was exceptionally lovely with top quality beds- such a rare find in a hotel on the continent. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and nothing was too much trouble to them. We really felt cherished by them. We have to mention Thiago at front desk. He hadn’t been working there that long but is surely destined for management position with his great people skills and kindness. All the front desk staff were excellent.
