Paulo was very welcoming and helpful. The inside of the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Dom Luis bridge to get across to the other side of the river.

THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. I booked a weekend trip in Porto for my Sister’s birthday. The staff put a note and a free cake in our room to welcome us. Samuel was so kind nice an helpful. Samuel thank you so much for your kindness. We were in room 101 with a beautiful view. We also booked massages. it was the best.BEST HOTEL EVER L.
