The hospitality is amazing. We arrived at the hotel late at night and were a bit tired, however, the reception staff team was very friendly and nice. Not only that, the welcome glasses of port wine relaxed us. We could enjoy the whole time in Porto because of this hotel. Thank you!

Everything was perfect! We travel a lot for work and holidays and it was one of our best stay in an hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool with sauna and hammam was a dream. We will definitely come back!

THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. I booked a weekend trip in Porto for my Sister’s birthday. The staff put a note and a free cake in our room to welcome us. Samuel was so kind nice an helpful. Samuel thank you so much for your kindness. We were in room 101 with a beautiful view. We also booked massages. it was the best.BEST HOTEL EVER L.

    Apart from the garden around the fountain at the entrance,...

    Apart from the garden around the fountain at the entrance, the gardens were not maintained as well as they could have been, with more effort being spent on constructing wooden sales shacks than tending the gardens. This left many parts of the garden shabby and some of the paths made it almost impossible for anyone with mobility issues to see it all.

    We visited on 03 September.

    We visited on 03 September. There was a feira in the grounds, notably bookstalls. Suddenly told by security that the Gardens were closed and we had to leave (even tho showing as open on Google). Disappointed.

    Very nice park with a domed concert venue in the middle.

    Very nice park with a domed concert venue in the middle. Ignore the building and focus on the well manicured gardens with lots of different plants and themes. There are many places to sit and enjoy. The garden has some of the best views of the Douro in Porto. Don't miss the peacocks. You'll also find some other animals wondering around the grounds.
