The hotel is very nice. The pool from the room was heated and a very nice experience. The breakfast was very good, with a big buffet, better than other places on the island. Also the restaurant, has very good food, but a bit pricey.

    The property is very well located, close to parque Terra Nostra and a quick drive from Furnas. The staff was very responsive when we were unable to open the door to the room and the situation was solved very quickly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

    Communication with the owners was without any problems. The accommodation was spacious and clean. There was a small shop, Parque Terra Nostra, and the Poça da Dona Beija spa very near the accommodation.

    Everything ! This place is perfect and has everything you need. Well equipped (even a wash machine which is really nice when you are visiting the islands for 2 weeks like us!) and also well located (parque terra nostra is just next to the building !). Absolutely loved it! We will definitely book again if we come back !

    The guesthouse is well prepared with all the basics for a comfy stay. The room was spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in Furnas, 1min walking from Parque Terra Nostra and 10min walking from Dona Beija. Fantastic trail to Lagoa das Furnas, where the typical cozido is cooked and surrounded by pure beauty.

    Well located and modern. They provide towels for the thermal baths which is a great plus. We even managed to get ours before check-in! The check in instructions were clear and easy and the parking is just around the corner. The laundry facilities were a big plus! Parque Terra Nostra is just accross the street and the caldeiras are about a 15 min walk away.

    One of the coziest and nicest houses I have ever booked. Very kind hosts, they gave me lots of advice on the most beautiful and interesting places, and also on good food places. Great location, just a few minutes walks to the best thermal baths Poca da dona beija and to the Parque terra nostra. The house has everything you need to live and even more (like extra towels for thermal baths and local delicacies). And I especially liked the garden :)
