The hotel is very close to Cluj Arena. It is new and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, we really enjoyed our stay at HOW Boutique and Hotel.

Very kind staff, parking was available. Food at breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. We were quite tired, arrived very late, the beds were very comfortable and we were able to have a good night sleep. Location is good as you don't get in the heavy Cluj traffic. We will probably stay here again.
