The hotel is located in the old center which is amazing. You can really see the traditional houses of this neighbourhood. The staff of the hotel I only have one word: Legendary. These people know what service is and I want to highlight specifically Mr Melvin. How he improvised when we needed some food, knowing our activity couldnt go through, that is what you need in hospitality. That man is your Mascotte, he knows how to treat people correctly and help them out when needed. Give the guy a raise!

Surrounded by mountain nature, the family-owned Camp Ripan .is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre.

This is a fantastic place. Stayed for 5 nights.The staff friendly with excellent knowledge. Rooms big and clean, and the option with two separate beds is perfect for friends travelling together. Beds fantastic! Breakfast with a huge choice. The Spa wonderful, and the restaurant just fantastic both a la carte and the excellent tasting menu.

Excellent location, close to many options for food & shopping for warm clothing. Town hall and old clock tower are right next to the hotel. Absolutely loved their breakfast buffet variety - included in the room rate.

The hotel was really very good and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the kitchen was very useful, because in the city there aren't many restaurants or pubs.
