Staff were very attentive, guiding us from the entrance to the lobby, then taking us up to our room and showing us the features of the room. All guest rooms include a private bath with onsen water. Our room included a sitting room and a separate room for the futon already laid out. The hotel itself was fairly grand, with mesmerizing interiors. Exploring it was quite a fun mini adventure. You can also enjoy the public bath as well, which was fairly big, but with some sections that were closed. We didn't do the dinner plan, but breakfast is included, which was buffet style and included a lot of options to choose from.

Luxury spa/hot spring experience. In room tub/hot spring experience. Extensively stocked complimentary n refillable minibar. Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

Riviera Taipei offers 4-star comfort in elegant rooms, housed in a building with French design influences. MRT Zhongshan Elementary School Station is a only 7-minute walk away.

Everything, great breakfast, great on site bakery, lovely service, comfortable bedroom which was incredibly spacious, beautiful rooftop garden and fantastic gym. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Staffs are so kind. Facility is clean. Close to Japanese school. This is good for the family who moved to Taipei. Children can easily go to school from hotel in a temporal period before you find your apartment.
