The housekeeping, the lady on my floor (6th) kept my room tidy everyday. The service and efficiency of all the staff in the hotel were excellent. The breakfast had a great selection of western and eastern cuisine. And we were able to park our rental car inside the hotel building.

Very helpful and polite staff - they were all so happy and eager to help. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, everything up to a 5 star standard. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. And best of all - I received a room upgrade! We had a fantastic stay at Cozzi Hotel! The location is perfect—situated in a less noisy area but still close to the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We also liked the variety offered at breakfast.
