The staff is incredible! Very helpfull and happy. Jordan was amazing at check in and check out.
The hotel is very comfy and welcoming.
Breakfast is great and really tasty.
The room is huge and comfortable. Clean and perfect! Even the shower is great, and has a lot of towels in the bathroom.
I stayed there twice when it was Best Western and now it is so much better.
I will come back certainly!

Great restaurants and attractions. I don't like that people basically are being asked to pay for a fast pass or lightning lane. Todes were shut down at animal kingdom which were also due to rain. Due to rain, the park should stay open later. It closes too early. By the time people start moving again when the rain stops, the park is ready closed.

Park at Disney Springs and take the bus in to Disney World for free!! It’s a Disney buss and they take you to a resort close to Epcot and then you just walk over! Really cool new experience. No $25 to park!!

Epcot is great, lots more walking that some of the other parks, but still great. My family loves the Guardian of the galaxy ride. I have been in there twice in our last visits, but i have decide it i'm done. Is Soooo extreme.

It was a great hotel in a brilliant location. We booked a King with Disney View and it was amazing to wake up to see everything in the morning. We also saw the fireworks from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT every night. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and we'd definitely stay there next time we're in Orlando.

Location, size of the room. The shower was large with plenty of power and hot water. Scrambled eggs were pretty decent for a hotel. Being able to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot from the room.

Room was o-k, felt a little exposed with an external room because of the double way window but the staff were excellent, pool area could have been cleaner but again good facilities.
Not convinced I got the room I booked, originally said Epcot view but definitely wasn't, it was on the outdoor rooms rather than the tower rooms

We had a wonderful stay at Buenavista suites, the room was very spacious and was very convenient to have a microwave. Bed and pillows were very comfortable which is so nice after a long day at the parks. Parking was very convenient and breakfast even though is the same menu everyday it was ok and enough to have a great start of the day before heading to the parks. All the staff was super friendly and we loved the location, super close to Epcot and short drive times to Universal and the outlets

The hotel is nice, great looking lobby, good location, nice view, few meters away from the Boardwalk, you can take the boat to Epcot or Magic Kingdom.

The hotel offers a large family focussed pool plus an aquatic playground which was well managed. Well located near Disney World and Universal Studios. Hotel offers clients a range of dining options and if you get a pool view room you can generally see the nightly fireworks from Epcot and Disney World.

Fab room although only fireworks viewable were in Epcot. Great breakfast!

Excellent hotel in superb location for Disney’s EPCOT and Hollywood Studio Parks and easy transport to all locations. Would like to say a big thank you to Tyler in the Todd English Bluezoo restaurant who made us very welcome and made for a lovely meal. Highly recommended.

Visited Seaworld, Epcot and the fireworks display, Universal Islands of Adventure, caught a Blue Man Group show, went to the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing which is a real gem of a place, and had a fantastic day at Discovery Cove. Every single experience was excellent and filled a whole day with interesting & enjoyable things. We'll be back to Orlando, definitely!

Purchased 2 day park hopper pass so we split time between...
Purchased 2 day park hopper pass so we split time between Disney Hollywood and Magic Kingdom day 1 and all day in Epcot day 2. Used spare day to see many attractions I had never attended before such as IFly and others. Make sure you make reservations for restaurants in theme parks ahead of time (like prior day) or you may be closed out of those you wish to dine at. Make Fast Pass reservations first thing in morning and prioritize which of the most attended attractions you most want to see.
