A minor issue arose with our room. We were instantly offered another room. While we were out that day the origional issue was put right so we could stay put after all. Excellent response. Well done all!

Simple but well maintained and clean. Absolutely quiet and unforgettable atmosphere. Great starting point for Glacier NP. You don't need to reserve car entrance when entering the NP from eastern side. You can buy nice and really authentic goods in owners gallery and avoid buying Chinese junk at NP gift shops.

If you need to be close to Glacier national park and don't like the resort prices, this motel is basic, clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Dial up internet which didn't work, but a night off the web doesn't hurt. Train tracks very close but again wasn't a bother.

Lovely log cabin feel. Nice and cosy and warm, lovely personal greeting from the owner operator Ted, who spent a lot of time telling us about the area and giving us great advice about where to go in Glacier National Park. Nice outlook onto a pond, where moose occasionally visit apparently.

Best location between everything at East Glacier National Park - Two Medicine Lakes and St Mary entrance are close by. The inside is adequate and has great beds for your sleep comfort. East Glacier Lodge has a great breakfast buffet for special days like the 4th of July and should be visited for 1913 nostalgia of inside.
