Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

I was impressed by the room with its incredible view and the fireplace. The staff, the room service, I could go on and on, but to make it short: my stay exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in the original Waldorf in NYC many years ago and I am so glad to have had another amazing experience at a Waldorf.
