If you are staying in Keystone, go early and walk the President's loop before the crowds arrive. Then go back to the hotel for lunch and maybe some recreational opportunities, but head back for the evening presentation and monument lighting. It was 2 miles from Mount Rushmore and in the middle of the Keystone Boardwalk. There was mini golf and adventure park across the street. I enjoyed going to the shops and restraunts that were along the boardwalk. There was a small pool and game room in the hotel as well. The breakfast was good with real eggs...not powdered hotel eggs. It was nice to be able to get there without driving forty minutes from Rapid City. The rooms are spacious with a nice table.
